Pale straw colour. Floral spices, dry grasses on the nose. Ripe tropical, fig like flavours on the palate with a crisp clean finish. Drinking well now.
Light straw colour. On the nose there is the full array of Semillon aromas, including GrannySmith apple, fig leaf and a touch of pear. Ideal with oysters, seafood, salads or Cheese.
This is our first vintage Light crimson red in colour with fruit aromas of blackberries and blueberries. The wine displays a good balance of fruit and acid. It is very easy drinking and would be a suitable accompaniment to the usual red meats or an Australian Tasmanian salmon fillet.
This is also our first vintage and the wine was put into older oak resulting in a wine with a light crimson colour and a typical earthy cabernet aroma. On the palate there are soft tannins and fruit. Don’t be afraid to decant this wine.
Deep ruby red colour with aromas of blackcurrant, plum, violet and cassis. Good balance of fruit and acid. Excellent drinking now or cellar for 2 – 3 years.
